All About Implants: Hands-on Workshop

This course is a fully immersive, three-day training program designed for general dentists who want to gain complete confidence in implant placement—from single-tooth cases to full-arch reconstructions. This intensive, hands-on only course uses the latest special models and real patient positioning to replicate clinical conditions as closely as possible, ensuring that every skill learned is directly applicable in practice. 
Throughout the program, participants will place over 50 implants while practicing immediate placement, bone grafting, and provisional crown fabrication. Training progresses from single-tooth sites to complex and edentulous cases, enabling a full spectrum of implant workflow mastery. Whether or not you have prior implant placement experience, this course provides the techniques, clinical insight, and repetition you need to perform implants with precision and confidence. Participants will leave with not only enhanced surgical skills but also the ability to tackle a wide range of clinical implant situations effectively.

Hands-on Traning, Three-Days Straight!

Day 1

• Practice implant placement for each 14 maxillary and mandibular teeth
• Take impressions of your placed implants

Day 2

• Practice immediate implant placement for each 14 maxillary and mandibular teeth
• Perform bone grafting by site for immediate implant cases
• Make provisional crowns for your placed implants

Day 3

• Practice placing multiple implants in complex missing areas in anterior & posterior / upper & lower cases
• Practice full-arch implant placement for edentulous cases
• Perform bone grafting for vertical and horizontal bone loss cases
• Adjusting and seating implant prostheses

Dr. Youngsam Kim is a prominent international instructor in wisdom tooth extraction and dental implant surgery. Renowned globally, he lectures around the world on safe and efficient techniques for third molar extractions and implant procedures.
He has authored several influential books, including: Extraction of Third Molars: Easy Simple Safe Efficient Minimally Invasive Atraumatic (2018), which has been published in five languages. He also published three implant-focused textbooks: His first, ESSE Mastering Dental Implants (2021), has been translated into three languages and is widely used as a clinical reference. His second, Atlas of Implants, was published in January 2025, and his third, Simple Immediate Implants, was released in August 2025, further advancing innovation in implant dentistry.
