Refund policy

Cancellations

- Cancellation 60 days or more prior to the course start date: Full refund.
- Cancellation 30-59 days prior to the course start date: 50% refund or 100% store credit.
- Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the course start date: 25% refund or 80% store credit.
- Cancellation 0-14 days prior to the course start date: No refund or 50% store credit. 

To start Cancellation, you can request return on your order page. We will check the refund policy and proceed with your cancellation according to the remaining period.
If you don't request refund on your order page, it will not be canceled!

We have a 14-day cancellation policy, Our academy (GIA E&E) reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 14 days prior to the course date.
Please be aware that our academy is not responsible for reimbursing a non-refundable airline ticket or any other travel expenses if canceled.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift cards can be reused because the amount is automatically filled upon refund.
Unfortunately, Discount codes cannot be reused upon refund. (It will not be provided again.) 

Exchanges

Exchanges is to return the item you have and once it is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item yourself. 

Discount codes once used cannot be reused. (Even if you return that order) Additionally, if the Early bird registration period has passed based on the final payment, the early bird discount will not be applied. (Early Bird Discount: register up to 8 weeks prior to the course start date)

If you do not reorder after canceling for exchange, a refund will be processed according to the policy and remaining period. Please check the above for cancellation and refund amount.
