Event Schedule

• Dates: Thursday, May 1st to  May 3rd (3 days)
  Our event will be held for 4 days (Thur-Sun), but booths are available for 3 days (Thur-Sat)
  The 4th day is optional
• Lecture Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM 
• Break: TBA
• Welcome Party: Thursday, May 1st, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Raffles: Saturday, May 3rd, 6:00 PM (Main Event). However, smaller raffles will also be held occasionally during breaks or lunch over the 3 days.
  We kindly welcome your donations in support of the event.
  As part of our program, we will be hosting daily raffles during lunch, and we would greatly appreciate any contributions. This is also an excellent opportunity to promote your company through prize donations.
  Please provide a list of your donated items along with their estimated value, and let us know if your company is interested in contributing.  

Booth Setup and Location

• Venue: DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park: Grand Ballroom 1-4
• Setup Time: Wednesday, April 30th, 7:00 PM (the time may change and will be announced accordingly)
